Andvaris

Andvaris is a national technology-driven staffing company that provides talent to companies of all sizes and scales in various industries. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. Alongside the main category they mention Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Andvaris is based in Miami Lakes, Florida and founded in 2014. More on andvaris.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Andvaris, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
