Ancestral Quest

Ancestral Quest is an IT-based firm that provides family tree software products for desktops & macs. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ancestral Quest is based in South Jordan, Utah. You can read more at ancquest.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Ancestral Quest, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
