Anaxdesigns

Anaxdesigns is providing you with web design and development services in the United States and Canada. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Anaxdesigns is based in Newark, Delaware. More on anaxdesigns.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Anaxdesigns well, your review carries weight here.
