Analysts International

Analysts International Corporation is a national IT services firm fully dedicated to the success and satisfaction of its clients. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Consulting and Life Science, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Analysts International is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and around since 1966. Their site is analysts.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Analysts International well, your review carries weight here.
