Amucomp Solutions

Amucomp Solutions is a software company that provides managed services, helpdesk, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Amucomp Solutions is based in Montebello, California. You can read more at amucompsolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
