AMTdirect

AMTdirect is a lease administration and lease accounting software company. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. They also list Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AMTdirect is based in Cornelius, North Carolina and founded in 1996. You can read more at amtdirect.com.
