Amsoft

Amsoft is a software consulting company that provides customized information technology solutions and services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Amsoft is based in Phoenix, Arizona. More on amsoftinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Amsoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
