Amicus Software

Provide proven and flexible solutions that enable professionals to take control of their daily operations . That is the short version of Amicus Software. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Business Information Systems. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Amicus Software is based in White Lake, Michigan and founded in 1974. You can read more at amicussoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
