Ameex Technologies

Ameex Technologies is a Digital Transformation partner delivering AI enabled content and personalized commerce solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Services and Machine Learning, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Ameex Technologies is based in Schaumburg, Illinois. Their site is ameexusa.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
