It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list Big Data, CRM, Customer Service, Outsourcing and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.
