Amarac

Amarac offers IT solutions, custom software development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting in the public and private sectors. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Amarac is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on amarac.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Amarac, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
