Altrium

Altrium is a software services firm specializing on bespoke AI and enterprise solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Generative AI. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Altrium is based in New York, New York. You can read more at altrium.io.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Altrium, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
