Alto9

Alto9 provides application development, cloud consulting, cloud security and cloud migration services. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Cloud Computing, Consulting, Developer APIs, Mobile Apps and UX Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Alto9 is based in Palm Harbor, Florida and founded in 2016. Their site is alto9.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Alto9, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
