AltHire AI

AltHire AI is a software company that develops AI interview screening platforms. In practice that means building AI products and features, often for other companies.

Who is it for? Mostly companies adding AI to a product. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI). They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AltHire AI is based in Spokane, Washington. Their site is althire.ai.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with AltHire AI, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
