Alterante

Alterante is a file manager that puts all files at the user's fingertips. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Virtual Assistant. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Alterante is based in Menlo Park, California and founded in 2013. More on alterante.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
