AltaSource Group

AltaSource Group provides software development solutions, IT staffing, IT outsourcing, and technical solution services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, Outsourcing and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AltaSource Group is based in Kirkland, Washington. Their site is altasourcegroup.com.
