AlphaTrust

AlphaTrust is a software publisher creating business documents that are the legal and functional equivalent to ink-signed paper documents. In practice that means getting documents signed legally without printing anything.

The natural audience is anyone who sends contracts. Related areas on their profile: E-Signature. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AlphaTrust is based in Dallas, Texas. Their site is alphatrust.com.

Things worth asking about: audit trails, templates, and per-envelope pricing. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
