Alpha Sirius

Alpha Sirius is a SAP services company focused in niche and specialized areas like ALM. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics and Electronics. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Alpha Sirius is based in Jersey City, New Jersey. Their site is alphasirius.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Alpha Sirius, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
