Alpachi Consulting

Alpachi Consulting specializes in IT outsourcing, cloud, infrastructure planning, implementation, and consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Alpachi Consulting is based in Skokie, Illinois and around since 2017. More on alpachi.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
