Alnet Systems

Alnet Systems is an information technology company that offers IP video surveillance software. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Security and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Alnet Systems is based in Boca Raton, Florida and around since 2007. You can read more at alnetsystems.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Alnet Systems well, your review carries weight here.
