Allgen Computers

AllGen Computers renders networking, hardware, data transfer, virus removal, software troubleshooting and computer repair services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Network Hardware. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Allgen Computers, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
