Alitek

Alitek is a management consulting firm with services across Texas. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Alitek is based in Spring, Texas and founded in 2005. Their site is alitek.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Alitek, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
