Alignment

Alignment provides software for business strategy and team unification. Put simply, it is about building AI products and features, often for other companies.

The natural audience is companies adding AI to a product. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Alignment is based in San Mateo, California. Their site is alignment.io.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
