Alfatek

Alfatek is an IT Managed Service Provider offering IT support and consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Alfatek is based in Concord, California. Their site is alfatekcorp.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
