AlertGPS

AlertGPS is an IT firm that offers solutions for mobile worker's safety through wearable devices equipped with the cloud-based platform. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention GPS, Mobile and Mobile Devices. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AlertGPS is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Their site is alertgps.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with AlertGPS, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
