Akoto

Akoto works in hris and core hr, which is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system. Their profile does not say much more than that yet, so treat the rest of this page as a starting point.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Aerospace, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Financial Services, Gaming and Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Akoto is based in Los Angeles, California. More on akotorecruiting.com.

Our checklist for this category: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Akoto, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
