Akimbo LLC

Akimbo LLC is a applicant tracking product. Empower individuals to overcome the current issues of unemployment, underemployment, and increasing competitiveness. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Employment, Personal Branding and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Akimbo LLC is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You can read more at akimboconnect.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
