Akantro

We build tools for commerce. That is the short version of Akantro. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. Related areas on their profile: E-Commerce. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Akantro is based in San Diego, California and founded in 2019. More on akantro.com.

Before you commit, look at transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Akantro, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
