Ajax Technologies

Ajax Technologies offers IT services, managed network, and hosting solutions, including email migration to Office 365. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security, IT Management, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ajax Technologies is based in Basalt, Colorado. More on ajax-tech.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Ajax Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
