AJ Boggs

AJ Boggs is an IT company specializing in software development services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention CRM. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AJ Boggs is based in East Lansing, Michigan. You can read more at ajboggs.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with AJ Boggs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
