Aircraft Performance Group

Aircraft Performance Group (APG) is a flight operations engineering firm based in Castle Rock, Colorado and founded in 1999. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Aerospace and Air Transportation. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Aircraft Performance Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
