Aimstar

Aimstar provide information technology consulting and software development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Aimstar is based in Columbia, Maryland. More on aimstar.org.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Aimstar, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
