Agnitios

Agnitios is a software company that specializes in business analytics, application improvement and information management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Analytics and Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Agnitios is based in Irvine, California and founded in 2006. More on agnitios.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Agnitios well, your review carries weight here.
