Agiline

Agiline Software is a software development, solutions and consulting firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Agiline is based in Ontario, California. Their site is agiline.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
