AgileSoft

AgileSoft is a software firm that provides IT workforce, IT management and IT infrastructural services and solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Infrastructure, IT Management and Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

AgileSoft is based in Peachtree City, Georgia. You can read more at agilesoftinc.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with AgileSoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
