AgeOfEmpires

AgeOfEmpires is an award-winning series of personal computer games that revolves around two main game modes of single player and campaign. The job it does: scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. They also list Gaming, Social Media, Sports and Video Games, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AgeOfEmpires is based in Redmond, Washington and founded in 1997. Their site is ageofempires.com.

Things worth asking about: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
