After5.io

After5.io is a community-driven network of software and marketing that connects professionals and businesses with aligned interests. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

The natural audience is teams of any size with deadlines. Alongside the main category they mention Project Management. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

After5.io is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. More on after5.io.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
