Affirmity

Affirmity provides expert analysis, consulting, training, and software to optimize affirmative action and diversity and inclusion programs. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Affirmity is based in Irving, Texas and founded in 1975. You can read more at affirmity.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
