Aexa Aerospace

Here is Aexa Aerospace in plain terms. Holoportation, mixed reality training, SaaS. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Aerospace, Health Care, Information Services and Military. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Aexa Aerospace is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at aexa.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
