Advantech IT Solutions

Advantech IT Solutions Inc. provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions for small to mid-size businesses. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Network Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Advantech IT Solutions is based in Irvine, California. Their site is advantechits.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Advantech IT Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
