Advantage Design Group

Advantage Design Group is a multimedia design and software development firm that provides video, web apps, and SaaS services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Advantage Design Group is based in Jacksonville, Florida and founded in 1998. You can read more at advantagedesigngroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
