AdvanceNet Technology Services

AdvanceNet Technology Services is a SaaS company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Education, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AdvanceNet Technology Services is based in Grapevine, Texas and around since 2014. You can read more at advancenet.co.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with AdvanceNet Technology Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
