Advanced Systems Group

Advanced Systems Group is one of the nation's largest installers of production, post production, and shared storage systems. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Broadcasting, Consulting, IT Infrastructure, IT Management and Professional Services. As a mid-sized product team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Advanced Systems Group is based in Emeryville, California and founded in 1997. Their site is asgllc.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Advanced Systems Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
