Advanced IP Solutions

Advanced IP Solutions provides IT support services and network security services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Delivery, Product Design, Project Management and Service Industry. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Advanced IP Solutions is based in Emerson, New Jersey and founded in 2012. Their site is advancedips.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
