Advanced Computer Technologies

Advanced Computer Technologies is a network design, installation, centralized management and remote access solutions provider company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Communication Hardware and Network Hardware. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Advanced Computer Technologies is based in Norwalk, Connecticut. More on actapps.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Advanced Computer Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
