Advanced Cloud Consulting

Advanced Cloud Consulting is an IT company that offers infrastructure design, consulting, and cloud support services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Consulting and IT Infrastructure. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Advanced Cloud Consulting is based in Worcester, Massachusetts and founded in 2015. You can read more at advancedcloudconsulting.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Advanced Cloud Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
