AdminRemix

AdminRemix LLC creates IT administration tools like Chromebook Getter & AssetRemix, focusing on user feedback. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AdminRemix is based in Tomball, Texas. More on adminremix.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know AdminRemix well, your review carries weight here.
