Adkops

Here is Adkops in plain terms. Adk Ops is a locally owned technology firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention CRM.

Adkops is based in Sauquoit, New York. Their site is adkops.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
