ADAVICO

Adavico is an independent software producer dedicated to providing clients with state-of-the-art solutions. It includes reporting, and more. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ADAVICO is based in Norfolk, Virginia. More on adavico.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ADAVICO, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
