Making labor mobile. That is the short version of AdaptForce. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, Outsourcing and Virtualization, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
